Welcome to Identity Unveiled. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to our website, our communications, and the coaching, programs, sessions, content, and community we offer. By using our website or taking part in our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and Identity Unveiled ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to them, please do not use our website or participate in our offerings. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in Section 15.

2. Who We Are and What We Offer

Identity Unveiled offers one-on-one coaching, group programs, a membership community, workshops, seminars, talks, and written materials focused on identity and personal formation. Our content draws on faith-based and Christian perspectives and is presented as coaching, teaching, reflection, and peer discussion.

3. Important Nature-of-Services Disclaimer

Our coaching, programs, and content are educational and formational in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or medical, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

Coaching, as we offer it, is a supportive and educational relationship focused on growth, reflection, and forward action. It is not a clinical service. We do not provide clinical or diagnostic services and do not establish a therapist–patient, doctor–patient, or other professional treatment relationship. If you are dealing with a medical, psychological, or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified licensed professional. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

You are responsible for your own decisions and well-being. Any actions you take based on our coaching or content are your own responsibility, and results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

4. Eligibility

Our website and offerings are intended for adults age 18 and older. By using them, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

5. Registration and Accounts

To join certain programs or our community, you may need to register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Payments and Fees

Fees for coaching, programs, workshops, seminars, and community membership are described at the point of registration or in your coaching agreement. By enrolling or engaging our services, you agree to pay the stated fees. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and you authorize the applicable charges.

One-time and program fees

One-on-one coaching engagements, workshops, and seminars may be offered for a one-time fee or through a payment plan, as described at the point of purchase or in your agreement. Where a payment plan is offered, you authorize the scheduled installments.

Recurring subscriptions

Our membership community is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically each billing period at the then-current rate, and your payment method is charged for each renewal. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Founding rates, where offered, continue only as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Identity Unveiled at the number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

What to expect

Messages may include session and appointment reminders, schedule updates, registration and account information, resources, and occasional offers related to our offerings.

● Message frequency varies.

● Message and data rates may apply, according to your wireless plan.

● To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

● For help, reply HELP, or contact us using the details in Section 17.

● Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For details on how we handle the information you share with us, including your mobile number and opt-in consent, see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

If you wish to request a refund for a paid coaching engagement, program, workshop, or seminar, you may do so within 14 days of purchase by contacting us using the details below, subject to any specific terms stated in your agreement at the time of purchase. Once a coaching engagement or program has begun, fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Recurring membership payments are generally non-refundable once charged, but you can cancel future renewals at any time. Free events and resources have no fee and no refund. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session, program, workshop, or seminar; if we cancel a paid offering outright, we will offer a refund or credit for the affected portion.

9. Community and Session Guidelines; Your Conduct

Our sessions, groups, and community depend on trust and respect. When you participate, you agree to:

● Treat other participants with respect and courtesy

● Keep what others share within the group confidential, and not repeat or republish it

● Not record, copy, or distribute sessions or materials without our written permission

● Not harass, threaten, or harm other participants, or use the space for unlawful purposes

We may remove anyone from a session, group, or the community who violates these guidelines, without refund where conduct warrants it.

10. Intellectual Property

All content we provide—including curriculum, written materials, recordings, frameworks, illustrations, text, and design—is owned by Identity Unveiled or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

11. Content You Share

You retain ownership of what you share in sessions, the community, or through submissions. By sharing it, you grant us permission to use it as needed to operate the coaching or program. You are responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it. Please do not post anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

We use third-party platforms to deliver our services, such as our website and messaging platform, our video conferencing provider, and our payment processors, and our site may link to other websites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website, content, coaching, and programs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Identity Unveiled and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, content, coaching, or programs. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Identity Unveiled and its owner from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our website, coaching, or programs, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end your access to our website, coaching, or programs if you violate these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
